KARACHI: After a sharp increase of thousands of rupees yesterday, gold prices saw a substantial decline today.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelry Traders & Exporters Association, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs 13,900, falling to Rs 549,962.
The association also reported that the price of 10 grams of gold declined by Rs 11,917, bringing it down to Rs 471,503.
Meanwhile, in the international market, the price of gold fell by $139, reaching $5,272 per ounce.
