Gold, silver prices decline in Pakistan 

KARACHI: Gold and silver prices registered a sharp decline in Pakistan on Tuesday, following a downward trend in international bullion markets, offering some relief to local buyers.

According to market data, the price of gold fell by Rs5,600 per tola, bringing the domestic rate to Rs424,136.

The drop came after gold prices in the international market decreased by $56 per ounce, settling at $4,017 per ounce.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold also witnessed a significant reduction of Rs4,801, taking the new rate to Rs363,628.

Silver prices also moved lower in the local market. The price of silver declined by Rs50 per tola, with the new rate recorded at Rs6,289 per tola.
