KARACHI: Cement sales –local and imported- surged over 16 percent to 33.36 million tons from July to January.
According to the All Pakistan Cement Manufacturers Association, local sales increased 16.98 percent to 27.65 million tons.
Exports increased to 5.7 million tons, showing a growth of 10 percent.
