Lahore: Chief Selector Pakistan Cricket Team Muhammad Waseem said that changes have been made in world cup T-20 squad of the country on the basis of the performance.
Muhammad Waseem said that changes have been made after reviewing players performance in ongoing national T-20 cup and consultation with the team management.
The chief selector ensured that the players which are removed from the squad can be part of the team in the future on the basis of their performance.

He said that he knows the disappointment of Azam Khan, Muhammad Hasnain and Khushdil Shah adding that all these players will be part of our future plans.
On the other hand, three Changes have been made in the Pakistan T-20 squad for World Cup 2021 as Sarfaraz, Ahmed, Fakhar Zaman, Shahnawaz Dahani, Hyder Ali included in the squad.
According to Chief Selector Muhammad Waseem, Khusdil Shah, Shahnawaz Dahani and Usman Qadir will be part of the T-20 squad as reserves players while Sohaib Maqsood inclusion in the team has been conditioned to his fitness.
Fakhar Zaman has been included in the team replacing Khusdil Shah, Shahnawaz Dahani made part of the squad on the place of Muhammad Husnain while former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed included in the team on the place of Azam Khan.
It is pertinent to mention that T-20 world cup will be played in the UAE from October 17 to November 14.
