Islamabad: Two servants of senior journalist Mohsin Baig appeared before an accountability court of Islamabad over resistance by the journalist in the FIA raid and his arrest from his residence.
A judge of the atc Islamabad Muhammad Ali Warraich heard the case wherein maids of Mohsin Baig namely, Ashfaq and Zulfiqar presented before the court.
During course of the hearing, the police insisted that they have to conduct investigation and recover weapon from the residence of Mohsin Baig. The police also insisted that a three-day physical remand of the accused be approved.
The Station House Officer (SHO) Margalla police station apprised the court they didn’t arrest the son of the senior journalist.
The ATC handed over the accused to the police on the physical remand until tomorrow while the court also issued an order for meeting Mohsin Baig.
