Islamabad: There is a good news for citizens of Karachi as K-electric has filed petition in National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) to decrease the electricity charges under the fuel adjustment charges
The K-electric in its petition sought the NEPRA nod to decrease the electricity charges of Rs 4.21 under the fuel adjustment charges in the month of August.
The NEPRA will hear the K-electric petition on September 29.
With the approval, the people of Karachi will get a relief of Rs7.21 billion. The KE consumers would get relief from next month’s electricity bill.
