Islamabad: Attorney General Mansoor Usman has said that the petitions against the Supreme Court practice and procedure act are not maintainable.
Giving his arguments in the case of SC practice and procedure act 2023, the Attorny General said thatthis law will bring democratic transperency in the institution.
To which, Chief Justice Supreme Court Qazi Faiz Isa remarked that a law is followed until it will be proved wrong.
The CJ said that this a complainant work to prove it whether the case is in public interest or not.
