Hague: Israel has to face humiliation from the verdict of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) which rejected the Israel’s plea to dispose of the case.
The World court ordered Israel to take measures ending loss of human lives and submit its report after one month.
The court said that South African allegations hurled at Israel are some true. In response of Hamas attacks Israel actions claimed a large number of deaths and massive loss incurred to Gaza infrastructure.
The United Nations several institutions presented resolutions against the Israel brutal aggression on Palestinians.
The ICJ judge said that the court has serious concerns on continues loss of human lives in Gaza.
The court said that the Irael bombardment bulldozed a large infrastructure of the Gaza.
The Judge said that the court has all authority against ethnic cleansing in Gaza adding that the court has also powers to take emergency measures in the egregious situation in Gaza.
The court categorically said that we will not dispose of the case against Israel ethnic cleansing in Gaza.
“Gaza has been made area of death and despair and everything in Gaza is disastrous and buildings are no more capable to give residents to people.”the court said in its verdict.
Gaza has become place of hopelessness owing to continues attacks of Israel, the court adds in its judgement.
The ICJ 17-member judges panel out of which 16 were present at pronouncing of the verdict.The President ICJ pronounced the verdict.
It is pertinent to mention here that South Africa had filed the case alleging Israel for ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.
South Africa and Israel had presented their arguments on January 11 and 12.
