Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of the spouse of Amjad Islam Amjad.
In a statement, the Prime Minister extended his condolences to the entire family of the late Amjad Islam Amjad.
The Prime Minister prayed to Allah Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family.
Amjad Islam Amjad wife was a cancer patient who left for heavenly abode yesterday.
His husband was a popular poet and drama writer, who passed away in February last year in Lahore due to a sudden heart attack at the age of 78.Commiserating with the bereaved family, he prayed for the departed soul.
