Islamabad: The Election Act amendment bill on Tuesday presented in the National Assembly (NA).
On presenting of the bill, the Opposition parties strongly protested while they also tore down copies of the bill.
The opposition parties also chanted slogans of not approved.
Federal Minister for Law Azam Nazeer Tarrar presented the bill in the NA.
Before this the NA standing committee have approved the bill with majority of votes.
