LONDON: Nawaz Sharif, the President of the Pakistan Muslim League (N), has left London for the USA. He was bid farewell by PML-N workers from Avenfield.
During this, a journalist asked him why he did not become Prime Minister. Nawaz Sharif avoided the question and instead asked, “Is it necessary to ask this question before going to America?”
When questioned about the government’s performance, he said, “I will return in a few days and will provide an answer.”
Nawaz Sharif will spend a week in the USA before returning to London, where he will be joined by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. After that, both Maryam and Nawaz Sharif will depart for a tour of Europe.
