News of Ukrainian Plane Hijack Proved Fake

News of the hijacking of a Ukrainian passenger plane from Afghanistan proved to be false. 

Eighty-three people were on board, according to the Russian news agency. 

The Ukrainian plane came to Afghanistan to evacuate its citizens. The Russian news agency earlier had claimed that the plane had been hijacked from Kabul airport.
