ISLAMABAD:The Supreme Court has declared its winter vacation, set to begin on December 18 and continue through December 31, 2025. As stated in the notification, the court will resume sessions on January 1, 2026.
During this break, court offices will remain functional, allowing urgent and already scheduled cases to be heard without disruption.
In related news, the Federal Constitutional Court also announced its winter holiday earlier in the week. The court will not hold hearings from December 22, 2025, until January 4, 2026, with regular proceedings resuming on January 5, 2026.
The FCC’s official announcement confirmed that its offices would stay operational during the vacation period, while urgent and prearranged cases will continue to proceed as scheduled.
