ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with US Ambassador Natalie Baker on Tuesday to discuss key issues related to regional stability, peace efforts, and strengthening cooperation between Pakistan and the United States.
The discussions focused on expanding collaboration across multiple sectors, including joint initiatives and training programs for law enforcement personnel. Both parties emphasized the importance of working together to combat organized crime, drug smuggling, and human trafficking.
The meeting also addressed the broader regional security environment and ongoing efforts to foster peace and stability in the area. Ambassador Baker commended the diplomatic efforts of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, highlighting his role in promoting peace and security in the region.
