TEHRAN: Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Armed Forces, expressed his gratitude to Pakistan for its support during Iran’s 12-day conflict with Israel.
According to Iranian news agencies, the Iranian military chief spoke telephonically with Pakistan’s Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, and thanked the Pakistani government and people for their support during the war.
It is worth noting that Israel launched attacks on Iran on June 13, targeting Iranian military and Revolutionary Guard officials, as well as senior nuclear scientists, in the initial strikes.
Subsequently, the United States carried out airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities in Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz.In response to Israeli attacks, Iran launched heavy missile strikes on Israel, targeting key facilities.
