WASHINGTON; The Pentagon announced that the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan was complete, concluding the 20-year war.
Defense Department spokesman John Kirby and U.S. Central Command commander General Kenneth F. McKenzie while holding a briefing said that last US plane has left Afghanistan.
It is to be noted that 31st August was the deadline for US troops withdrawal from Afghanistan.
