Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PSH) suspended the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) verdict on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) intra-party elections.
The PHC one member bench Justice Kamran Hyat Miankhel heard the PTI petition against the ECP verdict on the PTI intra-party elections.
The court has issued prohibition order on the PTI petition while the court issued notices to all the respondents to seek their response.
The PHC stopped an implementation on the ECP verdict in the PTI intra-party elections.
The court further directed that the case be summoned by double bench after end of the court holidays.
